Hammonds Companies and its affiliated entities (collectively, “Hammonds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with our websites and online services, including www.hammondscos.com (the “Site”), and related communications.
This Policy applies to personal information we process as a business in the United States and when we interact with customers, prospects, distributors, suppliers, and website visitors. - Marketing preferences: opt-in or opt-out choices and communication preferences, where applicable.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Log and device data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, timestamps, requested URLs, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, form interaction metadata (such as submission success/failure), and similar analytics about how the Site is used.

C. Security and Anti-Abuse Data
- reCAPTCHA and bot-prevention signals: when enabled, Google reCAPTCHA or similar tools may collect hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and may use that information for spam and abuse prevention under Google’s terms and privacy policy.
- Fraud and security indicators: information used to detect, investigate, and prevent malicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
D. Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from authorized distributors or service partners, logistics or payment providers (if used), publicly available business sources, event organizers, or service providers supporting our operations, consistent with applicable law.

- Affiliates: related Hammonds entities for internal business operations and customer support.

Security and anti-abuse providers (such as Google for reCAPTCHA) may receive information directly as described in their own privacy policies when those features are enabled.

Hammonds does not sell personal information as “sale” is commonly understood (exchange for money). If we engage in activities that constitute a “sale” or “share” under a specific state law, we will provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms.
Categories of personal information we may collect and disclose for business purposes include identifiers, commercial information, internet or electronic activity information, and professional or employment-related information, as described in Sections 1–3.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16 (or under 13 where that is the applicable standard), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to such signals, the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track requests. We will update this Policy if that practice changes.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including distributors, map providers, document hosts, or social platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
