Why a vortex feeder?

The Hammonds Advanced Technology design utilizes a vortex within a unique mixing chamber to achieve better control of less water volume through the system. By recirculating a portion of the erosion water, a consistent and predictable solution strength is produced. Solution is then metered by a positive displacement, variable speed pump that is non-pressure sensitive. Finally, Hammonds exclusive Tab Saver® prevents chemistry from “wicking” moisture which causes tablets to “bridge” or change their erosion rates over time.
