FP600 Chemical Injection Pump
System Description
The Hammonds FP600 offers the ability to
inject single or dual chemicals into process
streams with flow rates of 10 – 280 gpm. The
FP (Fluid Powered) pump is perfect for applications
that must inject bleach or other
chemicals but have no power available.
The FP600 is powered by the water moving
through the Hammonds fluid motor resulting
in the injection of bleach or other liquid additives
in proportion to flow without the requirement
of external power. The FP600 is passive,
meaning it automatically starts and
stops any time flow is present in the system.

SPECIFICATIONS
- Flooded suction prefered
- Number of additives: 1 Standard, Up to 2 Optional
- 3” Sch 80 PVC pipe connections standard (other connections
available, consult factory for details)
- Injection ratios: 0 - 4000 PPM by volume depending upon
application
- 10 -200 GPM continuous operation
- 10 – 280 GPM intermittent operation with optional gear
reducer
- Product temperature range: 32 - 140 F
- Maximum product line pressure: 50 PSI (consult factory for
line pressure greater than 50 PSI)
- Product viscosities: To 10,000 SSU
- Chemicals: bleach and other water treatment chemicals
- Duty cycle: Intermittent

MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION:
- Fluid motor: PVC
- Fluid motor shaft: 300 series stainless steel
- Metering pump: All wetted parts ceramic and HDPE plastic (other materials available - consult factory)
- Mechanical Seal: Carbon on ceramic
- Product viscosities: To 10,000 SSU
- Chemicals: bleach and other water treatment chemicals
- Duty cycle: Intermittent
