The Hammonds Vision digital additive injection system is a revolutionary breakthrough in the additive delivery industry. Like the new Hammonds Fuel Jack® injection system, the Vision system is vehicle-mounted and injects precise quantities of additive during refueling. The Vision however, is a digital system which utilizes the DC current available on any vehicle to operate. The operator uses a touch-screen, in-cab system to fully monitor every aspect of fuel and additive delivery. This information is saved for retreival at any time and gives the operator a degree of precision and control heretofore unobtainable.

Multiple additive injection
The Hammonds Vision system is capable of multiple additive injection. It is fully compatible with FuelMaster® integrated fuel management systems and will operate seamlessly with future Air Force automated fuel truck multi-additive systems.
The operation panel is mounted inside the vehicle’s cab and contains 6” HMI color touch-screens which precisely control all phases of fuel and additive interface.
Transaction data includes customer ID, date and time, truck number, fuel delivered in gallons or liters, additive delivered in ounces, additive delivered in parts per million, and a record of any alarm events. All system operating parameters are password protected.

Easy, accurate touch-screen control
The Hammonds HTS-100EM on board vehicle digital additive injection system provides a new level of accuracy, dependability and ease of operation. Touch-screen, in cab controls give the operator an unmatched degree of precision and control during the injection process. The simple picture and menu screens make additive injection an extremely accurate process, yet require no special training to use. The fully integrated PLC collects an array of custom data relative to each fuel transaction, and stores the information for continuous or on-demand retrieval. Failsafe system monitoring reports fuel flow rate, additive rate and ratio and additive tank level throughout each fueling operation. Alarms, including automatic interruption of fuel delivery, guarantee every gallon of fuel is delivered on spec, every time complete with an audit trail to verify performance.
